We offer free Fedex Ground shipping to the continental U.S. from our Southern California warehouse. Additional charges will apply at checkout for Hawaii and Alaska orders. If you would like to change your shipping address, please email support@solioutdoors.com. Please note that if the order has already shipped, we are unable to change your address and you will have to work with the carrier directly.

Items purchased from Solioutdoors.com may be returned within 30 days of the order receipt date for a full refund to the original form of payment. To pack the canopy:

1. Remove the stakes from the ground and any tethers that are tied
2. Open the air valve on the leg and let the canopy decompress
3. Attach the pump and double-tap the start button to begin deflation
4. Roll each canopy leg to the center as it deflates
5. Place the canopy back in the backpack and you’re good to go!

The SOLI Air Canopy weighs just 17lbs.

The SOLI canopy is UPF 50+, the maximum UV rating possible, blocking 98% of the sun’s rays (UVA + UVB).

The SOLI canopy's dome shaped design is naturally wind resistant despite its ultra-light weight.  We always recommend securing the canopy with the included ropes and tethers. If you would like additional security, we highly recommend our SOLI Air Canopy Weights or our SOLI Sand + Water Weights (4 pack).

There are zippers on each side of the canopy allowing for up to 4 wall attachments at a time. Additional walls are available for purchase at SOLI Mesh Wall and SOLI Shade Wall.

The SOLI Canopy is water-resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend using your canopy in any type of severe weather conditions.

The SOLI Air Canopy beams are formulated with a puncture and abrasion resistant PVC. In the rare event there is a puncture, each SOLI ships with a vinyl patch kit and can be easily repaired 

Cleaning your SOLI Canopy is easy! Simply mix 1 part soap and 3 parts lukewarm water to make a cleaning solution and then wash using a sponge. Make sure to allow canopy to dry completely before storing.

When storing the canopy inside the included backpack, please ensure that the canopy is clean and completely dry. This will prevent possible abrasion damage as well as mildew and water stains from forming on the fabric.

To charge your pump, connect your pump to a 5W adaptor (similar to an "old" iphone brick) using the included USB cable.  The bottom blue light should start flashing, and when fully charged the 3 blue lights will be solid. 

Please Note: You must use the provided cable to charge the pump. Additionally the pump will not charge when connected to high power sources such as: laptops, laptops, tablets, new iphone fast chargers, etc. 

Before you begin inflating your canopy, ensure the pump is fully charged and disconnected from the charger—the pump will not operate while it is still connected to the charger.

The SOLI air pump features a USB rechargeable lithium-ion battery that provides the ability to inflate and deflate the canopy five times between charges. We always recommend charging the pump after each use.

Water or sand can damage the pump. Always make sure the pump is securely stored in its carrying case. Additionally, heat can cause battery life issues so please ensure the pump is not left out in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, and that it is stored in a cool location when not in use.

When packed in the SOLI backpack the size is H: 24in x W: 20in x D: 10in and an impressively light 20lbs.

The SOLI Backpack is made of polyester fabric and can be cleaned using soap and water. Although the fabric is durable, prolonged exposure to the elements can cause deterioration over long periods of time. Make sure to keep the backpack free of moisture and store securely in a dry space.

Simply machine wash and dry!

Wash cold on a delicate cycle. Air dry only—no bleach, ironing, dry cleaning, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. Avoid washing with heavy items like denim.
