Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer free Fedex Ground shipping to the continental U.S. from our Southern California warehouse.  Transit times once shipped are 2-7 days depending on the delivery address.  Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carriers and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Hawaii, Alaska, and expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.  Please email hello@solioutdoors.com with inquiries.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided during checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

  1. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

  1. Order Cancellation/Modification

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

  1. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
