Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM MT may be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events) processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $99 to the continental United States, shipped from our Salt Lake City, UT warehouse. Estimated transit times once shipped are 2–7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by UPS and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather events or carrier delays.

For Hawaii, Alaska, or expedited shipping options, additional charges apply and options are available at checkout. Shipping charges will also apply for orders under our free shipping threshold and will be displayed at checkout.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please contact us at hello@solioutdoors.com if you have questions about delivery to your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS (if a phone number was provided at checkout) containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the real-time status of your delivery on the UPS tracking page. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@solioutdoors.com.

4. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Soli Outdoors is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return, a store credit may be issued minus any shipping fees incurred.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@solioutdoors.com within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the packaging and product.

We will open a claim with UPS on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Resolution options may include a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Packages showing a 'Delivered' status but not received should be reported within 5 business days. We recommend first checking with neighbors or building management, as misdeliveries are common.

6. Order Cancellation and Modification

We begin processing orders quickly, so modification and cancellation windows are limited. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@solioutdoors.com as soon as possible — ideally within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to UPS, we are unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you may initiate a return once the package is received. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

7. Split Shipments

Occasionally, an order may be split into multiple shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery — for example, if items are stocked in different locations or if one item becomes available before another. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

8. Service Interruptions and Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, certain events outside our control may cause delays, including:

•  Severe weather or natural disasters

•  Carrier network disruptions or high-volume periods (e.g., peak holiday season)

•  Customs delays (if applicable)

•  Force majeure events

In such cases, we will do our best to communicate proactively. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option or contacting us at hello@solioutdoors.com before placing your order.
