"I purchased my canopy and it started leaking. I finally got a response from customer support after a couple of days. They said tlthey’d send a replacement canopy and they would email when it shipped. That was a week ago. No response to my emails. No customer support number to call. I’ve spent a lot of money on this product and accessories."

"I bought this for our Florida home. In order to have a shade when we go to the beach. Stability is the biggest need for improvement. Anchors and satiability straps are good but you will need to learn how secure SOLI in all types of sand. Medium to high winds create an interesting situation. The panels, solid or mesh, are great. The solid panels need to have vents to protect the SOLI from wind. Easy setup is the reason I bought it, my wife and daughter are under 5 foot. They were able to setup the SOLI by themselves."
Great addition but. . .
"I wish it had zippers on both sides so the tent could have the walls partially closed or open horizontally. They are easy to pack up, fit in the bag without a problem, and so far, the zipper seems sturdy."
New softball tent
"I've been looking at these for 2 yrs and decided to pull the trigger. Price was always the hold up. We are a softball family and our girls play year round. Got tired of carrying the big fold up tent. Pros -Very neatly packed and easy directions. -pump to pump it up; very easy to use. -does great job blocking out sun; provides great shade. -not blowing away -great tie downs -easy to transport Cons -price; alot for a tent $449 -definitely more time to put up and take down -not the greatest for changing multiple fields for sports. Longer process than normal pop up tent. Overall I'm happy with purchase. It will get a lot of use. Wish better price point"
